As cooks, we’re masters of broth-making, but what was the best broth for dogs we didn’t know. Thanks to veterinarians, breeders, and food scientists, we gained a knowledge of how to create the perfect broth. Through the collaboration of cooks and animal experts, our broth was born. Our cooks’ skills, combined with the knowledge of the experts, has produced the best recipe for dogs.

Broth for dogs must be healthy above all else. But since we’re gourmands, we couldn’t possibly make any concessions when it came to taste. To fine tune the taste we once again turned to breeders, who offered their opinions on their favorites. Fifty-two breeders and their 140 dogs took part in the taste tests. There were 40 different breeds, as well as some mutts. The results pleased us, as well as the dogs that tasted them: 90 percent of the testers drank the fish- and beef broth with great enthusiasm. The choosier dogs preferred one over the other. A few decided that broth wasn’t for them, though we found inspiration in this, producing even more new recipes and tastes.
